Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies:
Cancellation Notice :
Clients must provide at least 36hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within this period will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made less than 48hours before the scheduled shoot may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of payment to cover lost time and preparation costs.
Rescheduling Policy :
Clients may reschedule their booking at least 48hours in advance without any additional fees.
Rescheduling requests made within 24hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 25%, depending on availability.
Weather Delays :
If outdoor filming (including drone footage) is impacted by weather conditions such as rain, strong winds, or poor visibility, the shoot may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
If the client chooses to proceed despite poor conditions, Snapvision Studio is not responsible for any impact on quality
Licensing & Usage Rights
All photos, videos, and other media produced by SnapVision Studio are licensed for marketing and promotional purposes only and may be used on real estate listings, social media, websites, and printed materials.
Clients are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use the media for the specific property listed.
Media cannot be resold, transferred, or used for any other properties without prior written consent from SnapVision Studio.
SnapVision Studio retains the copyright and reserves the right to use the media for promotional purposes, portfolio showcases, and advertising unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
